DIOPTRICON is now on long-term view in Budapest, part of the group exhibition "More Than Human" at the Light Art Museum (LAM), open through 31 August 2026. It shares the museum with nearly forty installations by international artists.
The work began in 2022 as research into light that runs in parallel rather than spreading out from a point. We build it from lights, frames, reflective surfaces and lenses, and it is experienced by one person at a time. It is still a prototype, and its spatial, visual and acoustic content is adapted to each venue it travels to.
