INTRO
MoodEX 3.08 is at once a stage for a performer and an interactive projection mapping installation that the audience can walk into. Raummaschine made it for room 3.08 of the Speicher XI in Bremen, during the Hochschultage of the HfK.
The installation deals experimentally with the room and tests the effect of different structures projected onto its walls.

Within the performance, the dancer's understanding of his changing environment is at the centre. He reacts to the different situations and movements of the mapping, and a new audio-visual relationship forms between performer, object and space. Kinect tracking lets the projection respond to movement in the room; the music is by The Solar Nexus.
